What's in Wheatgrass.

Many web sites provide a scientific breakdown of what is in wheatgrass. No doubt you could find a good one here at http://www.wheatgrass.com. And what did this tell you. It contains lots, but, at sub - RDA levels. Why is wheatgrass so good then? It is Live and it is Balanced. Meaning the body readily accepts it in a very direct and usable form, designed by nature for sustaining life.

Please note: any chart is just an estimate of what your ounce of juice down at the Juice Bar may contain. It is living and it changes from growth, to peak, to decay, just as any living thing - with a finite life does.

Drink it right away; (within 5 minutes of juicing optimally) on an empty stomach preferably, and you reap the benefits of wheatgrass juice. If not the taste. After one hour of being juiced it is still good, but, much that is "not" in the list of nutrients has been lost.

Don't worry about these estimates, just absorb the best, your body will take care of the rest.
