Activities at the Foundation
|
The activities offered at the Ann Wigmore Foundation are specifically designed to ensure that each guest is offered a practical, general understanding of the many complementary facets of a living foods lifestyle. Guest participation is small in number (under 20) thus ensuring special attention to each guest's questions and concerns. |
Some activities offered include hands-on participation in composting, as well as soaking, planting and harvesting buckwheat and sunflower sprouts and of course, wheatgrass. Activities in food preparation techniques and ideas, indoor jar sprouting, dehydration, fermentation, and the correct rejuvelac method and are offered in our kitchen/dining room area. Colon Health Management, massage, rebounding and guest speakers who address important health topics are also an integral part of our well-rounded living foods lifestyle program.
